On November 25-27, 2014 in Moscow at the International Exhibition Center «MOSEXPO» the III International Forum - Exhibition «Protocol Service» was held.
The main goal of the Forum is to create stable and equal trade and economic relations with foreign partners, create a positive international image and investment attractiveness of the country, increase the global competitiveness of the domestic economy and strengthen the role of protocol services, creating conditions for communication between companies and countries. The ability to establish and maintain relations with representatives of other countries, economies and cultures and to create added value on their basis has ceased to be the inheritance and privilege of diplomats, becoming the core competency of leaders, politicians and professionals.
The format of the forum included panel discussions and round tables, which became a working platform for discussing not only the nuances of the work of the recorders, but also discussing the vector of development of the Russian Federation and foreign policy guidelines, interaction between official representatives of states, regions, business structures at all levels of the federal structure of our state and the role of the protocol service.

The III International Forum «Protocol Service» was held under the auspices of the Government of Moscow with the support of: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the Heraldic Council under the President of the Russian Federation, the National Association of Protocol Specialists (NAPS), Lomonosov Moscow State University, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (PFUR), Russian Academy of Business and Entrepreneurship.
The traditional speakers are the world leading experts in the field of protocol having experience working with top officials and heads of multinational companies. The Forum Organizing Committee is headed by V.N. Shevchenko - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation, President of the National Association of Protocol Specialists, Head of the Protocol of the President of the USSR M.S. Gorbachev and the President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin (1992-2000), Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation (2000-2011).
The first day of the Forum was devoted to discussing the prospects for the development of the protocol in Russia within the framework of the changing vector of foreign policy and the presentation of National Prizes in the field of protocol, image and etiquette. In the evening, a welcome reception was organized according to all the rules of the ceremony in accordance with the rank of the event.
On the second day of the Forum, special attention was paid to discussing the problems of organization and functioning of protocol services in higher education institutions, the organizers provided a round table discussion «Protocol in higher education institutions». The moderators of the round table were Yevgeny Martynenko, Head of the International Protocol Department of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, and Head of the Protocol Events Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University - Vladimir Viktorovich Delov.
The special guest of the third day of the Forum was Irina Khakamada, who presented the master class «Leadership in the era of turbulence».
